We had to say goodbye to our 17-year-old girl, Callie, here yesterday, and I can't imagine having gone through it anywhere else. I have a tendency of being overly critical of people and businesses. I find things to get upset about easily. Advanced Veterinary Care has consistently cultivated a trigger-free experience for me, which I am wildly appreciative of. With respect to my dog’s quality of care, she has always been provided the exact type/amount of care she was in need of by AVC. With my prior dogs and their vets, I felt like I was being sold care more than my dog was being cared for. AVC has exceeded my expectations with the care they provide. I always feel like AVC is evaluating my bulldog that is in the room with them, not common issues with bulldogs. With prior vets, I felt like they were trying to provide bulldog care, not the care for the specific bulldog in the room was in need of. Lastly, my dog adores coming to ACV. Other dogs get hyped about going for a walk or to the park. My dork of a dog gets most excited when she knows we’re going to ACV. I don’t judge, I get it. Advanced Veterinary Care is worth getting hyped about.

My dog and I originally came in for an appointment to look at a mass on her side, which can be scary, but Dr. Jaynes and the staff were so empathetic and wonderful during the initial consult appointment. I had 0 concerns when dropping my dog off for surgery because I knew she was in good hands. They have taken such great care of my dog and have been nothing short of amazing when it came to answering my many questions pre and post surgery. We love our people at Advanced Veterinary Care of Greenwood Village! They've been our vet for our dog since she was a puppy and we love the care and compassion they've shown over the years! Most recently our dog tore her ACL and they were all very supportive and kind during the time. Our dog then tore the other side shortly have healing and we received so much love and support during that surgery, too!! Dr. Converse, thank you so much!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Converse and the entire team at Advanced Veterinary Care. They understood the urgency of my dog’s condition and worked us into the schedule immediately. Not only were they able to evaluate her the same day, but they also arranged for an abdominal ultrasound that day, allowing us to begin getting answers without unnecessary delays. I have a Belgian Malinois who can be very reactive and challenging in unfamiliar situations. Rather than forcing the interaction, Dr. Converse took the time to let her come to him on her own terms. His calm, patient, and gentle approach earned her trust, making what could have been a very stressful visit remarkably smooth. That level of compassion and understanding is something you can’t teach, and it meant a great deal to me. Their communication was excellent, and they moved quickly to coordinate additional testing and follow-up. I was also pleasantly surprised by their pricing. Given the level of expertise, advanced diagnostics, and exceptional care we received, I found their fees to be more than competitive and an excellent value. Dr. Converse and his amazing team are the best! I highly recommend this practice! My now senior dog has several health challenges (allergies, chronic paw and ear infections, and GI issues) Dr.Converse is an excellent diagnostician who takes time to discuss care and treatment options. His team of care techs and office staff are top notch too! They all deliver excellent care in a way that calms my dog; he always leaves feeling loved! I appreciate and trust the practice 100%!!

We’re so grateful for the observant and compassionate care our dog received. During what was supposed to be a routine spay, Dr. Jaynes discovered a foreign body obstruction that could have become very serious.
